DREAMSPACE COTTAGE
DreamSpace Cottage is a boutique retreat on a 1/2-acre, fully secure estate with mature trees, meandering walkways, and a stunning 40 ft pool with its own cabana, equipped with a swing bench, large overhead fans and a stainless steel, five burner barbecue, ideal for fun-filled outdoor family relaxation. This private resort is situated on the eastern tip of Nassau on New Providence Island in The Bahamas, near Winton Beach. This modern cottage was designed and built in 2021 with vacation living in mind.
DreamSpace Cottage is part of the DreamSpace Estate on the eastern tip of Nassau. It is three minutes’ walking distance to Winton Beach and the picturesque corner of the island (Culbert’s Point), overlooking a breathtaking view of the ocean.
The cottage is a spacious 1400 ft.² home, with super-fast Wi-Fi internet throughout, clocking in at over 115Mb/s. Designed and constructed in 2021, DreamSpace Cottage boasts a fully functioning kitchen including a stainless-steel fridge and freezer, stacked washer and dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a center island with oak wood countertops, an electric cooktop, and a kitchen sink with purified water.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, loveseat, and a 55-inch HDTV. The dining area has a beautiful dark wood dining table with six chairs nestled in an ocean wave art deco wall. Original works of art by local artist, your host Tammy, grace the walls and spaces of this elegant, cozy cottage.
GETTING AROUND
A 2012 Toyota Prius which seats five adults, is included in your rental — at no extra cost! — for use by guest drivers 25 years and older. A valid drivers licence is required.

THE BEACH IS HERE.
Winton is a safe, quiet, upscale neighbourhood located in Nassau’s eastern district, with a hilltop view of the ocean, with the tropical coast a mere stone’s throw away from the cottage. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a sunrise stroll, an evening jog or a family day at the beach.
Food stores, gas stations, and a shopping center are less than six minutes away by car. A great selection of restaurants and shops is only ten minutes away by car and there is a wide range of dining choices available.
The neighbourhood at DreamSpace is filled with mature trees, lovely summer breezes, and is frequented in the early mornings and late afternoons by couples and families taking their daily walks. Join them and walk along the Winton beach stretch, enjoying the fresh salty air, listening to the crashing waves on the rocks, and watching the many birds that fly in to visit. There is car resting area where you can enjoy the view from the tip of the island and the crashing waves on the coral rocks. Follow the coastline to a boating ramp and then to a calm sandy beach with reefs, perfect for snorkeling and shell collecting. In the late afternoon, Bahamian families can be seen with their children, enjoying a dip at this family-friendly, naturally beautiful beach. Join them!
DreamSpace Cottage has three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. Every bedroom is equipped with a desk and chair, a queen bed, a stand-up closet with a mirror, two nightstands, an overhead fan, and a 50-inch HDTV mounted on the wall.

TROPICAL GARDENS
Walk out of the French glass doors onto winding walkways that flow in and out of more than 100 palm trees, cultivated on the estate, to a spectacular 40-ft swimming pool, equipped with its own 500 sq ft cabana, all surrounded by beautiful palms, spearmint plants, native trees including kamalame, mango, soursop, ackee, avocado, and sugar apple and enclosed by a 10-foot, custom-built greenheart wood plank fence.
The 1/2-acre estate is fully secure, with a 6-foot concrete wall, access-controlled Ring© doorbells for added security, and automatic walkway and driveway gates, all controlled remotely. An inner gate leads to the cottage and the lush tropical gardens, cabana, and pool.
VALENTINE CABANA
A place to relax and read after your luxurious swim, a shade from the sun where you can enjoy an ice tea — or tequila. The barbecue awaits you to grill your meal when the sun goes down. The Valentine Cabana is your private space where you can escape and dream.
